I studied a degree in Psychology at Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente ( ITESO ), from the first year, in parallel,  I also began my studies in psychoanalysis attending private seminars and my personal psychoanalytic process.

 

Later I studied a Specialty in Psychoanalytic Clinic under the focus of the theorists Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan .

 

Afterwards, I studied a Master in Psychoanalysis and Culture at Escuela Libre de Psicología in Mexico City.

Learning and training in psychoanalysis always imply the bond and relationships with others, because of this and my deep interest I decided to join the Red Analítica Lacaniana (REAL) , a national network formed by different professionals who studied psychoanalysis;  it constituted a commitment to disseminate the practice of psychoanalysis and the relationship between psychoanalysts. I was part of this network from 2010 until its dissolution in 2015.

I started working with patients since 2010 in my private consulting office, which is my full-time job and my passion.

​

Teaching has also been very important to me. I have thaught at different universities such as UAM Xochimilco, UVM, Universidad Marista de Guadalajara, etc. I have also given various particular seminars with other colleagues in forums and universities.

 

One of my greatest interests is to continue in the search for knowledge and to share it, that is why I consider dissemination and active interaction with other professionals so important. The participation in congresses, conferences, colloquia, study groups and publication of articles or texts seem extremely enriching to me and that is why they are also part of my common activities.
